We're looking for opportunities across two key strategies: growth-stage cash flowing businesses, and early stage venture deals.
Growth-Stage Deals
Proven Cash Flow
Opportunities that have proven, sustainable EBITDA between $750k - $2M. We look for roll-ups, platform and bolt-ons, and growth capital plays.
Strategic Catalysts
Deals where we can leverage our strategic advantages into outsized results for our stakeholders.
Hispanic Leadership
Deals where we can partner with Hispanic executives or founders to grow and expand the business.
Venture Investments
Early-Stage Venture Deals
Pre-seed to Series A opportunities. We typically participate with a lead investor, but we will lead a round in exceptional cases. Check sizes range from $250k to $500k.
Scale and Impact
Bold ideas that impact large markets and solve important problems.
